"My husband and I have both been loyal State Farm customers for over ten years each. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will both be ending our relationship with this company.
We contacted the office regarding legitimate concerns about mistakes that were acknowledged as being made by the company. Instead of receiving professional assistance, we were met with a hot-headed response and a lack of basic respect from one of the employees. In fact, another staff member had to step in and apologize for the behavior of said staff member.
If an employee cannot communicate with customers calmly and respectfully—especially when addressing a company error—it raises serious concerns about their ability to serve clients effectively.
Paul, as the office owner, I would strongly encourage you to ask your staff what happened today that caused you to lose two long-time customers and led to this one-star review on what appears to otherwise be a five-star record."
